Carlsbad Department of Development Category 2 membership is for those recognized as local leaders who want to surround themselves with others who support a progressive vision. As a Category 2 Member, your investment is $3,000 - $4,999. The benefits this level of membership offers include:

• Access to research staff and capabilities
• Listing on the CDOD website
• Ability to partner with CDOD on projects
• Referrals (CDOD will provide location name and contact quarterly)
• Invitation to annual reception and dinner
• Category 2 members elect six (6) Board positions by ballot from Category 2 members

Carlsbad Department of Development Category 3 Membership

A Category 3 investment level is for those who want to participate in the regional effort actively. Members qualify for committee placement and enjoy the opportunity to connect with others to establish relationships in both the private and public sectors. As a Category 3 Member, your investment level is $2,000 - $2,999. The benefits this level of membership offers include:

• Invitation to annual reception and dinner
• Listing on the CDOD website
• Referrals (CDOD will provide your name and number when requested by location)
• Eligible for membership on one of four Strategic Planning Committees
• Category 3 members elect five Board positions by ballot from Category 3 members
